Ac problem in bus . Bus and seat quality is poor.. I booked a ticket in Mercedes Benz,They picked up in a normal ac sleeper bus.
bus not reach mumbai right time about four hour late please maintain time and they wont bother about passengers whether come or not while start of bus .
i booked for AC-Sleeper in Meenakshi Travels but bus provided is Non-AC Sleeper and it came late by 1 hour & seat also broken not maintained neat. Staff behaviour is horrible. Not giving correct answers for any query. I also filed my complaint for refund for the bus since they have provided NON - AC Sleeper, but till now i am not recived any refund nor proper reply fm ur end as well as Meenakshi Travels
The Worst way to travel anywhere is by semi sleeper.
