We get too much of sounds while the bus is mobbing.
SRE was a good bus around 6 months back. The latest experience is terrific.......... 1. The bus is not maintaining the time, observed twice, it was delayed by one hour making customers keep waiting waiting and waiting ...... more over they dont have a waiting lobby or chairs, customers has to keep standing till the bus arrives. 2. Earlier they use to provide the blankets in good conditions, now in few seats they provide blankets and not in others seats, when customers asked, the bus staff replied that they have given it for wash, how silly the reply is.... also for the few seats that has blankets were stinking 3. They keep the A/C on only for 1.5 hrs then they turn it on fan mode, customers has to repeatedly keep asking the driver to turn it to cooling mode. 4. Some of the A/C slots on Seats 5L and 6L is broken the air directly hits the face, am not sure on the other seats. 5. The staff especially the old man sitting at Majestic center near Amar hotel is very short tempered, i have heard him shouting at customers who called him for getting address or knowing the status of the bus, it is very unprofessional. I would advise people to try out other buses before getting your tickets booked in SRE.
worst bus service ever i have traveled.
