The seats were so uncomfortable . The bus was delayed . And from kharghar , people who had booked tickets from mumbai to ahemdabad boarded - the passengers from Belgaum to mumbai were still seated . This created so much chaos and delay .
The A.C vents were not proper, the blankets given were half size. When I spoke to attendant, he just denied to answer anything and asked me to speak to his office. I called up Mr.Sunil, when heard about the issue, he asked me to handover the phone to attendant, he fired him for giving his mobile no and disconnected the phone. Somehow I managed to get little better blanket from a vacant berth.
Overall experience was good but dont book last seat
