        Customer Reviews

Beds need improvement. Overall OK. Fare is not fair. Offers from you appear dramatic.

Required experience drivers, who knows rules. As there is various speed breakers in this route, driver has to drive properly without effecting passengers. As the bus is sleeper, but sleeping is not possible. Also found bedbug in sleeper seat. Improvement required.

This is first time I had a bad experience in my seat plenty of bedbugs my son didn't sleep whole night due to the bite of bedbugs and the seat were not clean review it seriously and urgently

Most worst travel experience. They take you to hubli and change buses for no reason. In all make you travel 4hrs extra than required time. Neither departure nor arrival is as per time.

        Good experience

I was waiting in VRL office, Bus came by 9:45 & left to Boarding point, At the reception no one have informed me about the bus arrival at 9:45, i was sitting in office from 9 o'clock. I have received the bus number after it has left the office. when i asked about the bus at 10 pm, they told it has left by 9:45. with the help of staffs somehow managed to catch the bus at original boarding point. No one from VRL called me to confirm my travel, this is the worst part.

I don't know if this was the case with every seat on the bus. but atleast don't buy 13U seat. First it bumps you a lot so you wouldn't get sleep, second There is some problem with the window panes, There will be continuous flow of cold air and again you wouldn't get sleep. Going for seater is better than buying 13U

Just good, I hope in future it would be excellent.

good journey thanks VRL, but mobile stand is absent and lighting in berth is not there, please look in to it.

        Awesome service by red bus

Please upgrade quality of bus..or Introduce Volvo AC sleeper fornthis route.

Sitting ceats were horrible and driver was driving fastly on speed breakers which made life miserable condition of bus not good

When requested to stop the bus due to nature's call, the driver stopped the bust after repeated request and almost 40 minutes. Take care of your natuare calls!
