There were no curtains on windows while travelling in the bus from Baroda to Somnath. Bulbs were missing. Wheels were making lot of noise hence could not sleep properly. The bus took many unscheduled stops to board unreserved passengers, hence we got delayed by one hour.
There z no proper responsible for passengers dinner who ever board the bus at Baroda at 1945 hrs, they could get the dinner at 130hrs Is the time for dinner? When we asked the driver he behaviour was rude.
Being a sleeper coach they are supposed to provide bedsheets and blankets. The bedding is not very clean
Really shocked to see patella travel bus stopping many places to pick up seats. Cabin was full of people Driver was collecting money from them. Really pathetic service
