poor rude behaviour by staff bus stopping at remote place and took twenty mins to search the bus
Bus seats stink bus condition very bad with worst shock absorber and not at all punctual
Today it was second time I was asked to change bus at Jamnagar before dropping to Reliance. Also, drivers are rude.
An ordinary bus being converted to AC and water was dropping from AC vent and because of this couldn't sleep the whole night and had to sit up in the corner.when told the to the person in the bus he was not bothered to rectify. Very bad service not to travel in this bus anymore.
It's punctuality is very bad never reaches jamnagar on time
Kiranbhai C. Patel
We had a nice & comfortable journey.
We have been using this travels from last 7 yrs. and only prefer this to travel. Good service and staff is also very good.
Bus was not clean otherwise the journey was good. Also the bus reaches 1 hr later than time indicated.
The bus conductor was shouting all night and disturbing the passenger very badly....
Parth P Shah
The Bus that was deployed was not upto the standards of Patel. The suspensions were not proper causing unabated jerks during the journey. Please keep good buses on this route, else you may loose your customers.
Excellent. Staff rating of 4 just because the manager sounded rude otherwise excellent seats, cooling, space &most importantly a charging point
very bad service . it will be happen 3 or 4 time with us
we are wait for 3 hours for next bus at ahemdabad . and after they put a very bad condition non ac seating bus in winter .very bad experience .
The steel rod next to seat is brocken & hit many times while getting in & out. there was a break down & there are many passangers getting into on the route without prior booking.Bus staff are giving them empty seats with less money while for the same destination we have paid more money with same facilities. On top of all bus got delayed by 2 hours & due this I was late for my work. all travel was restless & there was also no planned break for use of washroom. This time not at all comfortable trip.
Waited 3 hours for alternative bus.
They do not alternative bus arrangement.
We waited around 3 hours in midnight.
After that non ac sitter was called up.
The response from the management was very poor. Kindly black list Jamnagar Travels for its unethical behaviour. Not play maintain your website dignity.

the bus suspension is not at all working...
ANKEET P GALA
Pathetic travel, the baggage space at last is very congested, a rat had torn bitten my bag.
Very un ergonomic bus..AC also not working well. Would'nt advice as last option.
Worst experience. Staff behavior was disgusting. The bus ran out of fuel middle of the journey and the situation was very annoying and troubling. Don't recommend.
Bus quality needs to be improved.
Time management very poor. Actual time for Reliance is @4.30am, but reaches at 6.30am always. Need to be punctual.
Syamal Kumar Das
Never reaches in time. Reached Reliance at 6:30 am. Horrible..

Bus was 1 hour late for the, AC system is not to mark, at many places it is too fast or doesn't work properly. In this journey, there was water leakage also. Seats weren't dusted properly.
Bus having curtain. Curtain function not working due to window opened. Sliding door will provide for better function.
The seats were dirty and full of dust and not cleaned.
the bus started almost 1 hour late and without any intimation.
Journey was from Baroda to Reliance. A/c was not effective from Rajkot to Reliance.
Cleaniness of the bus sofa to be improved and water bottle, charging point and led to be provided specially AC on off push button should be in working condition.
Edwin R Bright
The bus was right on time, but to beat the heat we had booked an AC coach....but what we got was a sweat drenched trip. The AC was not working up to the mark, n I guess kid way they switched of the AC...totally a sweaty trip.

Bus not reach at destination at time
I reach 2 hour late.
Bus more time in ahemdabad city.
Bus is average quality, driver kept ac switched off inspite of repeated requests of passengers
Not Too Good with Jamnagar Travels
I'm extremely dissatisfied with Patel travels. The reason why ppl choose AC buses in winters is so that the windows will be sealed. Turns out these ppl don't get that.
I have got late by one hour due to delayed train and missed the bus . the as per return policy i didn't get any amount as refund. policy to be revised for online bus booking for the best.
bus quality, ac and cleanliness were good.
there is scope for improving punctuality.
bus should be parked near to office or bridge as present location is tiresome with luggage, elders.
The bus was so old that it made noise throughout the journey.
Also it dropped me at reliance late.
perfect timing as mentioned
jamnagar trvel bus punctuality is very bad. It has spoiled my day .BUS REACHED THE DESTINATION 2 HOURS LATE WITHOUT ANY REASON.WE ARE 6 PEOPLE FOR RELIANCE AND WE WERE NOT REACH THE OFFICE TIMELY DUE TO BUS IS VERY LATE
The journey I enjoyed well. Even the behaviour of the office staff as well as bus staff are found good. Personally I think that, if the seats available in the jamngar travels pvt.ltd. do not choose anyone before. Its quite good experience. Bus condition is excellent.
Even though we can transfer or reschedule or air ticket but the ticket which has been booked from you and not been rescheduled this is a very bad service even though I have requested before six hours of bus timing. I will not you the red bus service in future and even I will not suggest any one.
Bus quality is very poor. Needs improvement. AC is not adequate and lots of humidity in the mornng hours. Time management also needs improvement.
the bus started from Baroda in time but at Ahmedabad unnecessary hault for 90 mns so delayed arrival at Jamnagar city again tyre puncture increased the trouble to reach it in time to Reliance. The schedule arrival at Reliance is 4
00 morning.Never to travel by 8 0clock bus from Baroda
As per your message the bus was suppose to stop at pandya bridge for boarding. I called the contact in the afternoon to confirm where the bus will stop. I was told it will stop at the polytechnic gate near pandya bridge. We waited till 9:15 pm at polytechnic gate but the bus didnt come. Then we got a call to rush at Chani naka to board the bus. So with my two small kids and all the luggage we were forced to rush at the new stop. On top of this the ground contact person was extremely rude and misbehaved with my wife. Very disappointed with the experience. The bus was clean.
