All last four compartments was full with heavy industrial luggage's which was giving worst smell.
good service.Well behaviour of staff. Not faced any inconvience.Thank You
Bus condition very bed, driver on way lot of iligal passenger take, some passenger slip on bus lobby. Bus come 1 hour late and going Mumbai takes 10 hours. Bus route also wrong. Sorry very bed experience.
Good service HK travels keep it up for Dadar to pune also JSW 100 employee travels approx. Daily to destination.
The sleeper bearth width should be wide enough for two person sleep. Also the length of sleeper bearth was less - even a 5 ft 6 inch person finds difficult.
Bus arrived at vadodara late by almost 2 hrs, there was not sitting arrangement in cold night (2 am).
With my earlier few bookings with REDBUS , the bus operators offered blankets and water bottles to passengers while traveling. During this trip this facility was not at all available. This was embarrassing.
good impressive will see u soon over all journey is good and need to improve for timing but over all good for new one a

I have walk from the pick up point to the bus about morethan a kilometre where the travel company should provide auto.
I reached destination before time.
Operator and drivers are good nature men.
While comng back i was dropped at location which is 3,5km away from designated alghting poit.
I spent additional 60 rupees to reach mydesignatd location.
This was very bad.
Sleeper L3 is not so long and comfortable. VIDEO is not working. Frequent stoppage and allowing local passengers disturbed the first seat people a lot..
