        Customer Reviews

Bus left before scheduled time causing inconvenience.

The bus didn't pick me up from their specified location. No wooden shelfs in sleeping compartment for privacy. Poor management of staff in timings and seating arrangements.

I tried to book my ticket from vadodara to nakhatrana on 3rd May 2015. I could not get the ticket booked but ended up with money deducted from my HDFC bank account. My complaint reference number is48982990 #RB-352015-148733.My HDFC bank reference number for this transcation is 503105012.I have been calling at your STUPID customer care services from last 4days but no one receives my call and my balance is deducted even though your number is 'toll-free'.Your email id is ridiculous. Whenever I complain, I get a computer generated mail which says 'someone from redBus will call you presently' but I have not received a single call from your side.
