While the bus is new one, room freshener must have been used. It was extremely suffocating and I felt difficulties in breathing. Further, while booking the time of arrival was mentioned as 6-30am while the bus reached the destination at 9-40am, which had created huge inconvenience for me. It will be wise to conduct soft skill training for the drivers.
I hope the VRL management will certainly look into these genuine concerns raised by the on board guest.
