I booked volvo n they gave non volvo ac was also not working very bad experience

bus sleeping cushions are very old and stinking.

it's good facilities provided by the bus

Bus was not on time and wheels replaced in between.. AC duct was not working.. Last travel by Jamnagar travels..poor poor poor experience and this is my 5th experience.. I have to travel as on option remains sometimes

Bus did not reach in time to the destination (i.e Jamnagar).

very bad experience with patel travels (chutiya), worst bus journey ever without any facility and so much ticket price.

Bus reached Jamnagar at 1.30 am instead of scheduled time shawn as 11.30. There was no traffic blockage or any reason for delay. suggest to revise timings so that passengers can plan their schedule accordingly.

Last time when i travelled, bus quality and punctuality was very good. This time bus driving is not so good.

bus was good, but behaviour of staff was very irritating. They were too rude.

Bus is not at all punctual. And the bus quality is not upto mark.

1 hour late arrival GSRTC sleeping bus having batter interior compared to this volvo....

bus inside bed sheet quality to be improved. mosquito observed inside bus which to be required corrective action.

Sleeping Seat is very dusty. Not Vaccume sleeping seat.

        1. Try to provide more stops 2. Provide charger point 3. Provide drinking water

bus was good but staff behaviour was not satisfactory. he was not giving a reply of our questions. bus driver was good

        1. The bus started 30 mins late and reached 1 hour late. 2. Bus driver quarelled with one of the co-passenger over luggage issue very rudely. 3. On the highway, kept on stopping to get passengers and often disturbing. 4. Did'nt stop on highway hotel for refreshment. 5. Forgot my shawl in the bus, after calling their office, they say they haven't recieved any lost items from bus, they lied.

the bus suspension is in worst condition... other travel operators buses are now far more better than this..

Not reached at time .. Bus was late min 1 hr.

Overall an average journey with Patel travels and Staff.

Patel travels is best . Time punctuality is very waste.

It's nice journey and staff behavior was also nice. The bus was on time and I reached jamnagar in time. So it's nice to me. I request that in future also I will take this benefit.

Got the ticket at last minute. Travel was very comfortable and relaxing.

The timing mentioned for reaching the destination i.e Jamanagar in redbus website is 11:!5pm. But, the bus actually reached at 01:00am i.e late by 1hr 45mins. Redbus is requested to quote actual travel time by cordinating with the travels.

The bus staff behaviour was worse and they even said go to other service provider as I had booked online booking so no call from their side or no courtesies extended. I would definitely book tickets from REdbus but not travel with Patel Travels in future.

In 6hrs journey the bus took around 1.30hrs much more time to reach in jamnagar. So bad experience on this journey.

they don't have proper arrangement for luggage.. i had put my luggage in my sheet, i felt very uncomfortable during travelling.

Bus take 7-8 hrs to reach to jamnagar inplace of 6 hrs as mentioned on redbus. Patel should mention correct time on site for proper planning.

The conductor did not allowed to put luggage in luggage cabin. Conductor should mark luggage as per passenger seat and keep it in luggage cabin. Also there was no space underneath lower seat to keep shoes. Shoes were lying in the mid way

right on time.. little bumpy ride but overall a comfortable journey

Timing that shows bus was reach jamnagar at 11:15PM but i am reaching jamnagar at about 1:15AM . So not to explain other things if bus service is to bad in time management

Very very bad experience ever for my Vadodara to Jamnagar trip, their receptionists are true thug their behavior is like we are beggar and they are pitying on us, not this single time every time i traveled in patel. BUs quality was seriously crack !!! a huge junk thought it was volvo not maintained not cleaned, totally shaky totally vibrating whole route. took 10.30 hours to reach jamnagar second very bad experience same as my jaipur trip in patel travels

Hello, I have booked a ticket in the seat of two so other one is by default reserved for a female. But as nobody has been booked so the staff had forced me to shift in other single seat which was poor in quality (last seat). Bus quality was extremely poor and not even able to run so it was breakdown at the Ahmadabad. From ahmedabad to rajkot journy we have to do via very poor seating bus. After the Rajkot staff has transferred us in third bus and completed journey after 12 hours which is taken 8 hours usually. So it was worse experience with Jamnagar travels not preferred ever. I also required my money back from redbus.

Very punctual. They actually call you twice to ensure you dont miss the bus. And the staff is well informed about the routes the bus will take, so that they can even advise the best dropping point for you. Seats are comfortable, and the journey is peaceful. Perfect for a night journey.

Bus condition was OK.. Not so bad neither too good. It mentioned time 11.15 pm to reach at jamnagar but was late by 2 hours reached at 1.15 am at jamnagar. They have taken ahmedabad route rather than bypassing ahmedabad.

Bus quality was so bad. There was a water leakage from AC duct and couldn't able to sleep whole night. There is no light or adapter provision on seat. I would not prefer to travel anymore with Patel Tours and Travel.

It was a nice experience and hope to have same in future.

All facilities are good. But charger plug is there but not active

The seat was wetter than a swimming pool. The staff said that it is natural due monsoon. The roof was leaking. This is definitely the worst voyage of my life.

When I have booked ticket on red bus, a seat side by mine was empty. But at the time of boarding I found a male passenger at there, which was totally unacceptable. When I have raised complain to Staff, they were blaming me that it was my mistake.

Staff behaviour very unfriendly, also drop location in Jamnagar is at very unusual location which makes it difficult to find an auto rickshaw in 5 am morning.

Bus reached late at Jamnagar by one hour from its scheduled time. I had a very tight schedule.

The Jamnagar Travels Pvt.Ltd. is one of the worst company in the list of Redbus. The services and punctuality are absurd.Whenever I travelled in this bus its gear box fails in the midnight leaving all the passengers on the board as well as road in the shelter of GOD. You cant go to your work if you planned earlier. No responsibility of their owner and staff in case of breakdown. I was travelling on this bus on 7th July 15 from Vadodara to Jamnagar and as usual the bus got breakdown in midnight. I had to catch my work timing but couldnt go to my work due to the bus failure. I will never travel with such bus company. I also request to Redbus to remove such operator from their camp to avoid damage to the reputation. Regards Nilesh
