            not a good experience...first travelled in a non ac bus upto ahmedabad as there was sm problem in Volvo from Baroda..bt response at Ahmedabad staff was poor...no one attended.. jst standing outside office for half an hour...

            Worse experience. After reaching ahmedabad @ 1200, saying that ac was gone bad & merge us in normal ac bus. Redbus cheat

            It was first time for me.. I had an amazing experience with Patel Travels.. The sleeper coach are very comfortable and AC very powerful.. I would suggest them to provide with blankets..!!

            The seat i booked is broken, i can not seat properly,so please maintain the seats atleast.

            Journey was nice and good. Comfort was also gud. Bt after reached Gandhidham some other people came to my seat for sitting temporary... That was not good. Over all experience was nice.

            Very bad.. I missed my bus.. I informed before hand that because of delay in train I won't b able to catch the bus still no help was sorted to me.. Worst experience...

            Everything was good but while travelling overnight in ac bus blanket could have been provided and a bottle of water.I think both these things should be provided

            Though I had booked Ticket in A/C Bus from Vadodra to Anjar. But all passengers were made to Travel in Non A/C Bus from Vadodra till Ahmedabad and it was only in Ahmedabad that Bus was Change to A/C one.How abt the refund of the differential fare from Vadodra to Ahemdabad. Can you please take up this issue with Patel Travel.Would like to have a revert at the earliest. Who will refund this money????
