This is only for people toread about the bus trip. This was the first time I have ever traveled by bus. it was urgent to travel that evening and my train tickets were not confirmed till the last moment. I decided to travel by bus from Baroda to Ajmer. Talking about the bus condition, bus was just an average bus, the matteress kept for the sleeping area in my section had so many stains of greece and blood stains which gave me a filthy feels ng to even be in that section. Then coming to the travel timing, i sat in the bus at 6 in the evening, I was informed that bus will take about 12 hours approx to reach to its final destination but ended with total travel time of just about 16 hours. Its a long time and a very uncomfortable ride. Then coming to the tickets I booked were A/C, does that mean that the bus should have A/C, but not working while on the way. I informed the driver twice for the A/C and one of the traveler even called up the bus owner abd shouted at him for the A/C. Then coming onto the eating n refereshment stopovers, they were useless. Totally unhygenic stops, the restaurant we stopped at had a filthy washroom where it was not even easy to breath. The food was served with dirty hands (I did not eat that night) I understand that bus is an cheap transport service, but I am sure there are 100s other option for letting your customers have good food. In short, I will not reccomend to use this bus service to anyone unless urgent or if you want to go without eating that night and when you do not have any issues with the travelled bg time. I had a feeling worst than a labour.
