        I have not got the bus till and now i am going to file claim as because i have been received the mail of happy journey but the actuality is that i have not got the bus.

        Bus was average in condition due road construction.NH24 btw bareilly 2 sitapur STAFF behaviour was good even they call me when i late bus was on time in bareilly but delayed by 2 hr in lucknow! Kudos to road construction pending for about several years ! Govt issue

        Infact i did not travel as the booked bus did not arrived at the boarding point infact i waited there upto 03:30 am at bareilly satellite due to that i did not reach office at time and faced so much mental agony and finacial loss as well. Infact more than 24 hours has been passed and no one responded to my complaint
