The bus was not clean and tidy. The berths were not made. My berth had neither a pillow nor a sheet. I had to request for it. The back seat no.5 was very un comportable. Sleep was impossible due to constant bumps. There were COCKROACHES running about at night. The halt for recess and snacks was most unhygenic. Please do take these remarks in good spirit for better service to the travellars using your busses and may continue to do so. Thank you. James Sequeirs. 9341252624
Worst experience..! I was travelling form Blr to Udupi. In ghat d bus I boarded met with a minor accident wen a lorry hit our bus. One of d window glass shattered, beside which a lady was sitting.. Staff didnt care about the passengers.. They wer busy trying to chase d offender who was going opposite to our destination.. We went to staff and asked to make some arrangements to d window n lady.. Departure time was half n hr late and I reached my destination 1 n half hr late.. Well, non punctuality can be tolerated if passengers are taken care by d staffs..!
I had booked for a seater bus but they sent a sleeper which I had to share with some random guy no proper ventilation where I got seat. Driver didnt know the route properly
