I felt cheated and let down by ReduBus and SRS Travels. I booked for A/C Semi-Sleeper from Bangalore to Trivandrum on May 2 2015. The bus was to depart at 8:45 PM. I received a call from SRS informing me that the regular bus has some technical snag and the replacement is a A/C sleeper bus from Bangalore to Trivandrum on the same day and time. But when I reached there I was duped and what I got was a non A/C sleeper from Bangalore to Trivandrum and the bus was delayed by 45 minutes and I reached Trivandrum by 12:30 next day May 3 2015. And again this bus from Bangalore was only till Nagercoil in TamilNadu and from Nagercoil they arranged A/C Semi-sleeper and I reached Trivandrum by 12:30 PM next day. I paid around 1200 Rs + for the actual bus and got duped by SRS and RedBus. I am going ahead and complaining against this with consumer forum and will also place on record in social media.
