The ride was good but as soon as the bus reached old gajuwaka it suddenly broke down. Passengers were forced to take other means of transport to reach their destinations. Better maintenance of the buses is needed. Had the bus broke down before reaching vizag, it would have been a big problem! The place where the bus stopped for dinner was clean and provided good food.
very poor bus maintenance, got starting problem during the journey. arrival time delayed by 3 hours.
Bus staff was not responding properly, there behavior was not gud, minimum facilities like water bottle were not there. They r not keeping TV also to watch. If we ask, there response was so rough.
