- bus fare higher than the competition - even though seats were empty in the middle row.. was shown filled in the portal. As u board the bus a guy managed the seats and most of boarded without prior bookings. - as there many seats empty bus was stopped at 2 locations for people to go to Salem, Trichy etc... Some drunkards boarded the bus and it was stinking. - bus was dirty and there were coakroaches. - from tanjavur a long route was taken through kumbakonum to drop 4 passengers. highway route was skipped for this an 40 kms traveled which extended by another 2 hours.
Bus left at 945pm. One hour late. Breakdown half way diesel tank broke. One more hour delay.
Very late, stopped near hosur for almost an hour, window curtain was not fixed and was dirty with spit stains, did not stop at proper places where women could use rest rooms. Kind off disappointed..
