Bus was very late..And shifted us to another bus at midnight telling that the bus was spoilt..We had to sit at the end ..very bad service to customers
Dear Sir I regret to inform you that we had a very bad experience in this travel. The linens were very dirty. They stop n pick up from points where the roads are very lonely and buses are halted far away. If it is raining, it is difficult to walk from bus to stop with luggage. Staff is not at all co operative. They are raw... We had a bad experience as compared to our travel in other buses. We have decided not to travel again in this bus and also shared our bad experiencewith ffamily n friends. Regards Jyoti
I traveled in Bharathi so many times; they never changed, Lousy bus to go by. I started a Vidyapeeta at 9:10PM and reached Udupi at 9:00AM next day. Extremely pathetic, very badly maintained Buses, so many engine problems,... I can go on. I am just fed up with this bus.
I suggest you to take out VRL Bus reservations from your list it spoil your image. I travel lot and I decided not to choose VRL any more Busses condition is pathetic and no punctuality I dont want to describe the situation. I suggest you to make survey on bus operator you will come know the reality of VRL
