I booked a lower double berth for myself wife & kids, but at the time of boarding, the staff allotted two separate single berths. The seats I booked were already allotted to someone else. After lot of arguments, I was allotted an upper double berth and it was very inconvenient to get into the upper berth with a kid and an infant, also the upper berth was not so comfortable. Very irresponsible behavior by the staff. As the ticket was booked through redbus, it is your responsibility to ensure that the passenger gets the allotted seat and is treated properly. I'm going to take this up with the consumer court.
