Bus was never in time at both drop and pickup.
Trip was overall very well planned and guide from Tirupati was excellent and even after almost day long queue at temple everyone was in good mood. Only let down was the staff behavior on the return trip when they dropped all passengers(with ladies) after tin factory stop where no transport was available at 1230 am. He could have easily dropped us at KR Puram station which just passed by but even after saying so he just shouted back and the driver paid no attention.
Hi Redbus Team,This is my 3rd time I had booked tour package ticket from Manish Travels. There are no complains about earlier 2 tour package but this time (July 4), No one was satisfied especially the punctuality, Rash Driving and sudden breaks. When we were returning back to Bengaluru, the bus stopped near Kolar and told us to shift to pickup bus to Bangalore. The staff didnt conveyed the message properly to all fellow passengers and few were missed.Later when we complained that, one of the senior passenger(Uncle) is missing, they stopped the vehicle and called the Uncle to come to the bus location by walking!! It was at night 1.30 AM at NH near Kolar and that also 2Km walk, you can just imaging how negligent the staffs were!!!
Darshan tickets are not arranged by SRS. We have to stand for 4 hours in queue. This is unexpected as in the ticket it was mentioned fare includes darshan.
