We had to swap 6 buses through out our journey and we were asked to pay at different places and the laddoos were cost high by the guide. Guide declined to share his phone number. I speak kannada, hindi, English and understand telugu but I couldnt be on the same page as guide. Pathetic timings and pathetic service. I will never ever book with greenline travels.

The get refreshed in the morning, the hotel booked was of mediocre. The food was at the same hotel, which was unhygienic and didnt taste well. The morning breakfast was at 4 AM!!!!! and the lunch was at 2PM. They take to darshana via free entry not the 300Rs one.

Bus runs on time and at some pick up spots even before time. Bus is clean and well maintained. The staff makes phone calls and wait for the passengers at their pickup spot. At Marathalli, pick up time was 9.30, but the bus arrived by 9.12 pm itself and left the spot 9.20 pm. But they ensured that everyone has arrived. I did not have my dinner. I thought as usually they halt the bus for dinner. But the bus halted in a bakery. Dinner Spot must be informed to the driver. There are many hotels like kadamba and others which are open till 11 pm or even later. So driver must halt in a night open hotels where passengers can have dinner. Or inform the passengers well in advance who got in the bus by 7pm or earlier timings or for everyone to get some parcel wherever possible. Not sure why the A/c run at 22 degree. Its freezing inside and almost everyone shuts the a/c doors above their seats. Can keep at 24 - 25 degree.

Staff was not decent, The Green Line Travels had left 5 people including me and some small Kids too in the hotel and had left to Mangamma temple, Later we had to catch an AUTO and had to struggly a lot to find the bus in the hot sun with the small kids along with us. VERY POOR SERVICE. No WATER BOTTLE PROVIDED, NO HOSPITALITY. VERY POOR ASSISTANCE AND GUIDANCE. Will never travel in GreenLine travels again.
