The bus was superb nd the journey and staff behaviour was realy appreciable.
I had booked for Roadline express, but this was re-allocated by the staff to another bus, Greenline travels without any conformation from me. There was nothing much positive to say about the travel. Even the bare minimum standard we expect(i.e a comfortable and safe travel). Some things I felt were: 1) The bus staff were quite irresponsible and inconsiderate. They were playing movie and song at high volume in midnight and did not stop for a long time even after multiple requests. 2) The driver was careless about the bumps and speed breakers in the road, and was speeding past these, making the journey extremely inconvenient and unsafe 3) The bus condition was not good at all, making high noise when going in cruising speed(The sound was unbearable, and I do not think most of the passengers could sleep at all) 4) The A/C vent was broken in many places, and this was not properly taken care of. This caused ice-cold air gush out, making it too cold. 5) In the bus route, the trip was upto Thrissur, so that the bus should go into the city to drop off. However, we learnt later that bus would go through the Bye-pass, making it extremely inconvenient to the passengers who booked the bus depending on this information. The bus staff did not respond to this either All-in all, this was a very bad experience with the travels as well as redbus. Even if you folks do not guarantee ride quality while booking the bus, we do expect a minimum standard, and this kind of experience definitely makes me think twice before using your services again. At least, changing of travels should not have happened without intimation. Thank you Kiran
They didnt even bother to check whether passenger boarded or not; they didnt even call and check where we are to board. We would have almost missed the bus that day... We will never prefer to travel again in this bus
I booked tickets from Bangalore to Thrissur and expected a single bus for my travel. Instead a vehicle ferried me to Hosur first (30 kms), then I have to aboard the bus...pathetic!!!. Atleast, redbus could have mentioned it, while booking the ticket. I came to know about this only after getting the ticket. Dont allow such practices!!!. Since there is no way to know whether the operator will use link service before booking the ticket, I doubt recommending redbus to anyone else.
