We were three people traveling in this bus, the seats were comfortable. The bus has two TVs playing Tamil movies, sometimes too loud. The bus was on time when it picked us up but reached Tiruvanamalai, thats where we were headed, an hour and a half late. It did stop for bathroom/tea/snack breaks twice though, which a lot of buses dont do for a four hour journey. The biggest downside is that the bus picks up a lot of travelers on the way, so it got very crowded, there were at least 70 people just standing in the bus. The staff were cordial, helped us with the luggage and dropped us where we wanted. So overall it was a three star experience.
The journey was comfortable. We had to get down midway at Thiruvanamalai. I suggest that a mini bottle of mineral water should be given.
The bus seating was not comfortable and the seats were in a poor condition. Secondly it was indicated on your website that the start time was 4pm and the reaching time was 8pm, ie a travel time of 4 hours, but on boarding I was informed that the actual travel time was 5 and a half hours and the bus would reach Tiruvanmallai only at 9.30pm, the bus more or less reached at 9.30pm This could be corrected on your website as it is very misleading . Thanks. Prasad
One hour late. Seat lever stuck. Window glasses tight. But staffs were good.
