The bus seating was not comfortable and the seats were in a poor condition. Secondly it was indicated on your website that the start time was 4pm and the reaching time was 8pm, ie a travel time of 4 hours, but on boarding I was informed that the actual travel time was 5 and a half hours and the bus would reach Tiruvanmallai only at 9.30pm, the bus more or less reached at 9.30pm This could be corrected on your website as it is very misleading . Thanks. Prasad
One hour late. Seat lever stuck. Window glasses tight. But staffs were good.
Was very tensed before getting into the bus as the last time I travelled in a Non AC Sleeper(from Goa to Bangalore), the berth was not that comfortable. This time its as comfortable as the AC Sleeper I travelled the other time.(from Hyderabad to bangalore). The berth is very good. The travel is also good though its last but one berth in the bus. I liked it. Price can be little bit lesser compared t other travels. But overall satisified. Thanks RedBus too :)
I booked the last seat 13L. the seat was half wet and could not sleep due to wetness from rain. the staff put another cloth on top of it. however, the bed was already too much wet and even the cloth on top got wet. I had to travel sitting even though I booked sleeper. thats the worst management of bus and seats. how are you going to compensate for this that i book sleeper and unable to avail sleeper facility in the bus. please get back to me.
