        Customer Reviews

The movie played was too loud. Quite annoying.

Even thought the bus was full driver was stopping and allowing other passengers to enter. Scheduled time was 4hours took 6 hours. Being 6 hours they dint stop any where for a break.

service is good. can be improved punctuality. it was unknown situation due to regular traffic and drop point due to puja

Very well maintained bus. Staff were cordial.

        worst service

bus was on time for pickup but 2hrs delayed as per destination. probably should update the schedule.lights didn't work.

This is a route bus., people will climb as much they can., they will stand in all the nook and corners., you can just pre book; that's it.

Ride was good. Mini Fan was not working. small half litre water bottle can be given as complementary.

Actual start time is 10pm. But bus started at.10.30 and it took 7hours to reach tiruvannamalai.

The bus was ok but for the amount paid its not worth as it does not have good suspension. More over, i felt the driver was on overspeed where there is no proper road and single lane.

Two issues we faced: -------------------- 1. The bus reached the boarding point 90 minutes late. 2. After reaching Thiruvannamalai, we informed the staff about where we need to get down. Looks like they were not attentive, so they went past our point. When we questioned them about it, they gave rude answer that we need to walk back.

Overall experience was good and surprisingly the bus was punctual

The worst bus travel experience I've ever had. - Booked online and was charged Rs.650. Direct bookings were done for Rs.200 - It wasn't a bus but a mini bus (I initially thought this was like the transit bus that will take me to some other ACTUAL bus) - Punctuality scores a big zero - Definitely not something I'd recommend to my friends

Please dont henceforth entertain this bus company - SRI RENUKAMBA with Red Bus. The driver doesnt know how to drive & we are met with the accident with the Truck... luckily only the bus side mirror broken with scratches on side body... we all thought we gone that's all.. So this is worst i had travelled ever :((((

The bus was cancelled they said you would refund have you done so?

        Ticket fare is higher

The roads are under repair and the bus driver was driving at speeds not conducive for sleeping...this being a sleeper bus.

Its Pathetic. Started very late(1.30 PM from bangalore). A/C is leaking and dropping water inside the bus...

Driver one hand driving and other hand used mobile internet and also careless driving. And passenger down stage ignored.

Fare is to be by the staff while boarding to the proper bus.

Bus was cancelled without prior information. I am suggesting redbus should not support for this kind of travels.
