Customer Reviews

Blanket given was not good. Caused Itching. Might be Bcoz of bedbugs. Blankets must be washed properly before giving.

The driver was rash driving, with my heart leaping out to my mouth in fear many times. Someone asked why the extension board in the front passenger seat wasn't working and the conductor just grunted and said "No". The staff charge their phones comfortably, but passengers are not allowed to do so. SIGH!

bus was delayed by one and a half hours

Trip was delayed by more than 2 hours making the journey more tedious.

The bus was infested with bed bugs on the seat handles and there was no escape from it for a long journey lasting 12 hours.

They should follow time management... departure and arrival time is not properly...

don't ever take this bus. unhygienic. 4 hrs late.

I booked the bus especially to reach TVM by 7 am and your site also says arrival by 7AM. But it was a waste of time as they have many stops unnecessarily More over , they focus on parcel service.

Behavior of the staff is highly appreciated. About the refund of the tickets cancelled by us is not good. We cancelled 3 tickets from Thiruvananthapuram to Bengaluru (journey date 24th February). After cancelling We booked 4 tickets on 23rd February. But the refund is not yet received. I am very sorry to inform you that I will forced to move with consumer court,if the refund is not effected within two days.

Nice journey. .But Toilet facility for ladies uncomfortable

What in the name of Mercedes Benz was that?? Worn out bedsheets, broken a.c vents, screen and switches didn't work (rather were tied with a plastic rope for not falling over legs). No bottle compartment and though there was a box to keep things, but they were already untidy with used black brushes and tissue papers. No personal lights, no movie nothing (thankfully because I know they would have played some Kannada movie). The conductor was rude and speaking only in Kannada for baggage related useless issue. They didn't stop for dinner, because they were too late, so stoppage was just a three minute loo break. There were no window curtains, just a transparent and unfunctional pull-down shield. They didn't even stopped at the last bust stand that was Thampanoor, they mentioned when they began, but declared the last stop as Music College, Trivandrum. Though the photos had desclaimer in the site, but one really cannot expect such a disappointing experience. I know at the end if there is no other option, in emergency people will still go ahead with it, so... good luck with that.

Late departure and arrival as always. Poor seating quality and the second half driver was talking over phone from namakkal to bangalore.

Awsm trip, good staff's,dry cleaned blankets, they provide snacks n mineral water too, No other bus can reach near to ths

The best bus trip through Orange till date.. I've done many journeys, I'll tell, the Scania semi sleeper is d best.

The worst bus that I have travelled ever. They don't even have a plug point inside in an ac bus for which they are charging 2000rs. They won't stop bus in between to have dinner. That means if you are boarding bus bus by 5pm, and your get down time is next day morning 10am, you should eat ur dinner before itself!!!!!!and you won't allow passengers to eat anything inside except the 5rupees biscuit and cake that you supply. If I am sitting in seat my head will hit on top....blankets are such a biggest ugly smelling least monthly once they should wash it. If a negative rating was there, I could have gave you that only. I have stopped traveling in this bus.

The bus just left the pit-stop without even checking if all the passengers have got in!! Highly irresponsible.

Huge delay. Bus halts for 1 hour near tamilnadu for carrying parcel.. Happens last time also i travelled by same bus.. Only give importance in parcel service. I am not going to book KPN ever again.

They won't take care about the passengers, only take care about their goods materials wherever delivered.

Duration of the travel was informed to be 10 hours, but they delayed by 2 and a half hour.

Bus started a little late and didn't reach on time. Snacks were offered. Movies were showcased. Overall it was good.

idiots are doing trasptn. no punctuality and even the blankets r not good. felt smell. didnt provide mble chargng supply

The timing given in schedule, and the timing as per the operators are different. It's shown as 7.00am arrival at Trivandrum, and the driver has told it will be reach by 10am only, once starting the journey itself. Very poor incident, as the passengers will be loosing their precious time.

Started on time. Bus interiors were clean including the bedding. The driver could have driven more steadily, rather than the jerky braking that he did; not conducive to sleeping.

Could have informed the boarding location(Hosur) atlest 30 minutes before of arrival of bus

Hello Management, Please do update the arrival and departure time correctly if you cant do it as per the schedule. This is the 4 consecutive time i have been travelling this kallada scania bus taking from madiwala at 11.00PM (as per the red bus status). But unfortunately all the 4 time bus never departure or arrived at the correct time. We can understand if there is any technical issue occurred once or twice, but how com all the 4 times? Or if it is yes, why do you keep such a low quality bus which always shows technical failures. You should understand the feeling of customer who wanted to reach home early for many critical and emergency situations.

Please instruct your drivers to provide a urine break for long journeys like this. I had seen travellers asking for urine break and your driver ridiculing them by saying if they are babies who need urine breaks. If asking for a single urine break too much of a ask. Please ask your drivers to behave. One drive was using bad language to someone at petrol pump/toll gate. Please check these things

It was a nice experience and maintained time and service well and good enough ??

Need to maintain the time. Apart from that everything is excellent.

A good journey, again, second time on Orange from Bangalore down to Tvm. However, a couple of hiccups this time - the usual snacks and water bottles, due to some mix up, were not provided on this particular bus. This was also not officially informed as such to most passengers who might have expected them. In any case, the staff were helpful, and provided some of their water bottles for immediate needs and also requested passengers to buy bottles at the rest stop, where dinner/snacks were available. A tiny issue, as most passengers carried their own requirements. The bus, on the last two occasions, is noted to reach Trivandrum only around 9:30-10am due to city traffic having started up, which is a slight hindrance sometimes, but the quality of the bus and the great staff outweighs this, I think. :)

worst Trip in my entire life please don't choose this bus you will get back pain

Bus was changed started at 10pm instead of 8.30pm Arrived at almost 11am instead of 8.30 am

I have booked Mercedes Benz and at last they told bus breakdown and arranged normal AC sleeper bus... but bus is pretty neat, spacious, provided snacks, water.. overall good experience..

Please do not mention the scheduled arrival as 6:30 when you can not make even after 8:30. This is not for the first time. This is third time happened with same service. We book tickets on the basis of time. If it didn't serve the purpose, why should opt for 6:30 arrival? Delay is acceptable for 1-1:30 hrs, not more than 2:30 hours. Please understand. Please ensure punctuality.

DELAYED MORE THAN 3 HRS. Scheduled programmes are changed due to that much delay

COULD HAVE STARTED ON TIME. Would have reduced the delay in reaching

Staffs doesn't know how to behave.....very bad opinion from me

The bus reached the destination on time and the ride was good.

Low quality bus:-damaged AC controlknobe, bad TV and sound system. Punctuaity: arrived late as always (min 4 hours). Staff Behaviour: Driver is the boss, never care about traveller needs during journey.

really enjoyed the journey. although started 15 minutes late, reached trivandrum on time. good bus and clean blanket with some snacks and bottle of water provided, my fourth journey with Orange.

It's a scania and have staff telling that there is no boot space. charger point will be off after switching off TV.

Good but bus was a bit old. Pricing was too good

Only problem with bus quality which leads to severe backache and vomiting. Many times we complained this as we are regular travelers

Late to start. Even later to reach

The bus met with an accident with a Lorry at Tirumangalam, near Madhurai. Few were injured. There was no substitute bus/transportation that was arranged after waiting for an hour. Had to take local transport to reach destination. There was no refund of cash as well.

It was my first journey in bus from banglore to trivandrum, it was comfortable, punctual,....... actually more comfortable than train. Didn't feel tired at all on reaching destination

The ticket cost was relatively 'very' cheap (Cheaper than KSRTC on Sunday evening). Bus facilities are good, but got too many mosquitoes bites inside bus.

The suspension quality of the bus was great. A bit more leg space is desirable. Staff was polite and well behaved.

It came so late n he was driving as if he was driving in a local route and I guess everyone was annoyed.

9:45 pm bus will start only by 10:30 pm. I tried this for 4 weekends continuously. No scope at all. Travelers be alert.
