The operator provides an excellent service. I had to take a pick up bus to reach the actual location but the staff stayed in constant communication and ensured that I didnt miss thr bus.
I booked a sitting seat in particular for my aged uncle who feels uncomfortable travelling in a sleeper seat. Only on reaching the boarding point I was rudely told that my ticket dosent exist. On showing the booking proof the bus conductor says we are changing all sweaters to sleepers and its probably not reflected on red bus. With no choice left at that time of the night my aged uncle had to travel sitting uncomfortably in a sleeper seat. HORRIBLE BEHAVIOUR BY THE SRS employees!
you need to give bedshit and water bottle
As I had got last seat (while return journey) , there was no stand for my language & had to keep below my legs. Hygiene of the sleeper seat needs to be improved. more cleanness (maintenance) required. also suggest that one bedspread can be provided to use for the passenger convenience
