If the rating existed in negative,I would have gone for it. Seriously, I had very bad experience with durgamba travels. On the day of travel, they changed the seat and the reason given was many buses has broken down. I got the seat just above the wheels. If they change the seats like this, whats use of pre booking of our choice. The worst thing happened was, I had to go to the toilet during the travel. And when I approached driver, he did not stop and spoke harshly. I had hold for almost 1 hour before bus was stopped. Dear Redbus, please take some action on this.
