Bus timing was 11:00 p.m. there were 2 ashwini bus arrived at 12:00 after delay for 1 hour. Bus staff were not sure which was the actual bus of my seat number. After that i went into one of the bus. Funny thng was my seat number 34, already one passenger was there in that seat and bus was 90% full. There was no one to answer or enquire. After that one person came inside as 9 passengers same like me where struggling for the seat. After that fun fact is 34 seat number was booked for 3 passengers. I dont know how is it possible. I was little upset & shouted on bus staff, but bus staff his contact number is 08123464646. He came on me as if to hit me. However he couldnt do it. At last he gave me the last seat window side . The seat was too bad , bent & someone had vommitted in that window. It was terribly smelling. Finally i got down the bus in kengeri & gods grace i got poornima bus which was really good & poornima bus staff was really service minded . when i explained the terrible service from ashwini bus staff, poornima bus staff took me half price of the ticket only. I really appriciate poornima bus service & i suggest redbus to please take out bloody ashwini bus service out of your list, so that redbus.com reputation would not spoil.
