I had a very bad experience with Neeta. The bus was scheduled to start at 11:50 AM and we reached Madiwala, which was the stop communicated initially. After reaching there, got a call from one of their representatives that we need to reach to Kalasipalyam (far away from Madiwala) because the bus got broke down and if they come down in city, it will get late. We reached there by 12:15 pm and then were informed that bus would start only by 1:30. We waited till 1:30 and then again, their people told another half an hour to wait and this continued this 3:00 PM when the bus actually started. Initial half an hour of journey, there was no AC in the bus and we were told that diesel has to filled for AC to work. And the place, we were made to wait was kind of garrage with no sanitary facility at all. It was my worst experience so far. I would not recommend anyone to travel by this bus. They do not value your time or money. And a sincere request to redbus to remove this traveller from their site as well. It is bringing bad name to REDBUS as well.
