1) The quality of the bus is disgusting. The seats smell. No lights. The screen fell of even we were settled on the seat and nobody could fix it.
2) The bus (KPN, non AC sleeper) scheduled to arrive at 7 PM. We were that 6.45, the bus came at 8.15 PM. No toilets or decent canteen for food nearby.
3) The staff was rude. Actually i travelled with my 3 year old kid, and the driver asked me to take the ticket for my kid. i have travelled so far more than 20 times and never had this issue. This driver was fighting for the whole travel asking me to pay the half ticket. I was ready to pay, but i wanted a receipt and no body wanted to give the receipt nor entry on the list of passengers. Such a horrible argument. i do not wanted to make the payment, but forced to make payment of Rs.300 without any receipts. Sorry KPN, you will not get me on your bus again. Redbus, if there is no action for you to pay me the Rs.300, i will never book the ticket again from your side. I was trying to contact the redbus customer care for the whole day since i booked the ticket, and no body responded it. :-).
