Pathetic, Driver didnt receive my calls. I was waiting at the pickup point.. and I couldnt board the bus because of that. National travels is worst. 2 weeks ago I had made a reservation from Bangalore to Pune there was a drunk passenger in the bus he had puked in the blanket provided by the traveller. I would not recommend my friends and relatives to travel by National Travels.
And again national travels has shown its colors. While booking it showed scania multiaxle axle , and when i actually saw bus it ws of volvo. The rate differnce of scania and volvo bus was Rs. 300. so i paid extra and came by volvo bus. Further the ac was smelling bad in between. The bus came late by 30 min as usual. Hopw this would be my last booking with national travels.
Seabird Bus was late by around 1 Hr.& last upper single seat was not that comfortable compared to VRL travels.TV was not ON.
Please dont book last seats....Blankets are not washed every time...it is reused again and again....
