Nice ride and good behaviour from the staffs in the bus.Keep it up the good work. Thanks
the bus operator not provided the booked bus.from the boarding point picked us to hosur and some other bus the journey was proceeded.I think the operator not have travel permit from bangalore to eranakulam. The route selected was entirely different.being a frequent traveller,i never travelled in this route. The bus never touched highway at any time of journey. No toll paid and at the end it reached kerala boarder in Govindapuram checkpost instead of Walayar checkpost.Due to this i need to drop at some other place other than my destination. And in the check post police was checked the bus..............from this what i understand is.......the bus is from a fake traveller.......they dont have the right permit to travel...................toooooooooo bad service...... dear travellerssssss please travel in trusted bus services....
They did not inform us when the bus reached our stop. When i got up from my sleep it traveled about 30 km from my stop. There were 3 other passengers also in same situation.
They charged me extra 300 while boarding the bus. They told me now rate increase u have to pay. Pls remove these type travels from red bus. Worst experience
