It was an awesome trip from Bangalore to ooty. a perfect way to begin your holiday. only roads are making it lil bit bad
I booked an AC bus, but the a/c never worked. The quality of the interior was poorest. As the night was hot and humid the weather inside the bus was worst. The bus was late to reach ooty by more than 5.5 hours. It was scheduled to reach at 6.30 AM, while it reached ooty at 11 AM. At night the bus stopped several (7-8) times without any proper reasons whatsoever and the driver and helpers were seen nowhere near the bus for 10-15 minutes. It was the most pathetic ever experience we had with REDBUS.
