The two buses which is schedule at 6.15 and 7.15 are same. They just club the passenger. The reaching time to the destination is 9.00AM but the bus reaches @ 11.00. Such a pathetic AC. I rate my journey as 1 out of 10....
I traveled from banglore to mysore in shree shakti travles bus. I booked the ticket on redbus. I reached my boarding point on time and when bus came ( late by half an hour) , the seats were already occupied by the passengers. The conductor didnt listened anything and i was not from karnatka and dont know kannada, I didnt understand anything what he said and argued. i didnt get the seat and have to sit to the extra seat adjacent to the drivers seat. It was a horrible experience and i recommend everybody to not to use their bus services ever.
The overall travel was ok. Fortunately i was in my official tour and planed to reach mysore one day be before otherwise it would be a big trouble traveling by your bus. 1. you changed our pick up point last moment without prior intimation for which i had to pay the auto Rs.150 extra. 2. We were shifted to a bus where people are tourist and for site visit which took us more then 5 hours to reach mysore where as it takes 3hr to reach the destination. 3. You should compensate the auto/taxi fare , if you are changing the pick up point at the last minute. As i am new to this place and have visited for office work. 4. If you check your database, this is my 2nd booking with redbus. in my first booking with this mail id and name Gayatri Hotta, i booked for Gadag, karnataka and the driver dropped me 200km ahead of Gadad , because i could not speak kannada and was repeatedly telling him my destination to drop. Your staffs are not good at non-south indian people and acting not to understand hindi or english. The first travel costed me Rs.250 extra to reach back Gadag. I think it is you regular practice with the customer to make your money and run such travelers business. Thanks Dharitri
No information. They have changed the pick-up point at the last minute. We have wait so much time during this journey! Impossible to sleep as the driver was absolutely not a good one. The return was supposed to be direct from Mysore to Chennai but we have stopped and waited again in Bangalore, without any explanation. I will never book this company again! Nightmare!
