charger point not working and Lcd not working. very bad experience.

nothing is good in this traveler, staff behaviour is very bad,n we can't say anything about punctuality the bus 5 hr late

Dear redbus, The service was not at all par with other bus service providers. While I booked ticket it showed bus from bangalore to mahabaleshwar, however it was never mentioned that I will dropped at highway from where I would be dropped to the destination. I was at 4 am on a highway and was asked to wait till 5:3o am and later was dropped by a car around 6:30 am to destination. So I was supposed to reach at 3:45 as per redbus and reached at 6:30. Assume if the a lady / girl travelling alone, definitely not safe. Please give details of travelling if we have pick up, please specify the same. Second time I booked ticket, again huge disappointment.
