I had very bad experience, very poor bus, delay by 3 hours to reach Madurai.
No luggage space in cabin or dicky as the operator had booked cargo in passenger bus. He advised passengers to keep bags in walking passage which completely blocked the passage. Few Screen hooks were missing so the passage light fell on sleeping passengers. The pillow cover was not replaced for our travel it smelled horrible. The blanket was not dry cleaned.
Dear sir, I am frequent traveller by your bus services. Of late I m feeling kind of uneasiness at your bus services. On 4th July I travelled with my wife from Bangalore to Madurai. ( KPN Travels Reminder:?Ticket #: F269518096?Seats: L7,L8?Boarding: WILSON GARDEN(KPN) at 09:15 PM?Vehicle #: KA 51B 9399) They dont open the luggage space provided in the bus and ask passangers to keep their luggage on the aisle...thats very uncomfortable for all the passangers as well as luggage is unsafe . They fill the luggage space for some profitable purposes of their own and keep the passangers in trouble. Apart from this, the mobile charging slot and the night lamp were not working. This is not the first time I am facing these problems. I tried reaching to customer care but only to be handed over one more no of Mr. Gopalsamy 9489977055,which on multiple attempts did not respond to my call. Sir , please put a column of Grievances at your website and a customer friend available at call centre 24x7, so that we can report our problem hassle free. I sincerely hope that u will address all these problems with immediate effect and help us for smoother n safer ride in future. Regards, Dr. M . Akbar
