We were pursued to cancel the ticket or change the bus several times. They kept calling saying the bus was cancelled but gave a seat in the same bus we had booked for.

Great bus quality and punctuality. Drawback is no place to keep my hand baggage. The staff forced me to keep my bag in the trunk eventhough it had laptop in it! Otherwise it was a great journey.
I know that to keep the driver awake they play music in the driver cabin But the music was so loud that I couldnt sleep the entire night Also when they say that my stop has come, even before I get down from my place They open the screen and tie them at the side - its really uncomfortable for ladies. They could do that after we get down as its not something very urgent to do The worse thing is I smelled alcohol too from drivers cabin, may not be the driver but could be the helpers!
