A very unmanaged & pathetic service by the operator. The start of the journey from bangalore was a mental torture. Our pick up point was Rajajinagar Metro station at 9.20pm, but we were kept stranded at the point to a close 10.00pm, after repeated phone call to the bus personal we were said that due to some reason the bus could not come to rajajinagar and we will have to come to Jalahalli to board the bus were the bus had halted for other passengers (I dont understand the fact that when other buses of the same operator could come to the location why was this specific bus not allowed to enter the place). But after too many calls to the bus personal and a verbal fight on the phone, we and the other passenger at the pick Up point were atlast put in other bus to travel to the mentioned location of the bus. The staff was unapolazical and rude on our arrival. Even our phone calls were avoided during the whole period. Hope Redbus takes a note of this and takes the necessary action on the operator. I would like to get tickets compensated back for my unpleasent journey. Hope to see you revert on the same.
The worst staff behavior ever. If you got any self respect then avoid travelling in seabird buses. They do not value their passengers at all. They just talk rudely and harshly and male you feel embarrassed
The bus window was not at all closing off. Was cold the whole night and couldnt sleep Had to keep on choosing the window every 5 mins. And if the bus is empty they pick anyone which is not appreciated And
