The bus(A/C Sleeper) which we book got cancelled, they provided us with NON AC sleeper, I had to hurry to the bus stand paying 300 bucks in auto because i was away from home, Also they informed an hour earlier about the cancellation and the new bus which was ready for departure. They did do a refund of Rs 50, since this was an non ac bus and the one i booked was AC. Worst experience
Bus arrived late Comfort level was not upto the mark Was supposed to reach karwar at 7.30 but i reached karwar at 9.00
I had booked the ticket from Bangalore to Karwar sleeper U12 in Sugama travels. But they dint gave me my allotted seat. They asked me to take the last seat which was so worst, I even spoke to the sugama tourist manager but he told me that the seat (U12) which was booked my me was already booked by someone else 15 hours before. How can this happen when I booked that seat it was empty no one had reserved it. It was my worst experience. Now who is responsible for spoiling my journey, how can red bus allot same seat for to different persons. And if it was already occupied then why was it not updated on red bus website? I would have looked for some other bus. Did not expect this form red bus, if not replied, I will go to consumer from regarding this issue.
