THE BUS NO. WE TRAVELED WAS 9556.This was a non-AC sleeper. The rates are competitive.
The Bus was very punctual and in fair condition. But the lights were not working, and even charging point was not. Worse, above the front lower berth #3 the plug point was hanging loose with wires exposed. The voltage being 220 V, imagine the consequence: even a potential triggering point for short circuit and fire accident.
The major complaint is they do not oblige to stop at least at one place after the dinner break to relieve. The journey is 13 hours, and imagines the plight of ladies and old. When I requested the diver/attender they said, "You have to manage on road, even for ladies....., they cannot help". If this is not rude, what else is? Why this don't care attitude?
I cannot understand when they put so much effort to run the service, why not make it comfortable with a few fixes and good maintenance? It is the no-care attitude.
Is the top management listening before it goes out of hand?
