I have travelled in orange travels many times and it was always a good experience


very bad timing. they take more time to load and unload the luggages which dont belong to the passengers. 2hrs delay.


Excellent service. I had a good sleep. Only problem was movies were not in Hindi. Atleast they could switch off tv when people sleep.


Bus Timing 6.45 but came at 9 and booked for sleeper but given semi sleeper travelling to Kanyakumari worst service

We booked the ticket for kanyakumari.Instead of kanyakumari they dropped us at Nagercoli .. and gave company cab which was very pathetic ..


They asked us to change the bus for the last 20 kms from nagercoil to kanyakumari which was unexpected and the staff of both the buses were suddenly turned into devils & they were behaving as if they are doing some big favor to us. They just started herding us into another bus and at kanyakumari busstand....last stop how many times we have to say...get down urgent...without even considering aged people and my 3 year old son.


every thing was perfect except the last part where the bus driver asked me to get a cab from nagercoil to kanyakumari, but the cab driver didnt take my call


They changed the boarding point from Bommanahalli to silkboard at the last moment and made me wait for 40 minutes at the starting of electronic city flyover in the middle of the road in the night with my wife and kids along with luggage. In the morning they dropped at Nagercoil and finally ended up hiring an auto to Kanyakumari and I paid 420 Rs. Such an irresponsible travel. I will complain in the consumer court.


The bus in which I traveled looked new. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall journey was very comfortable. Leg room could have been better.


Cockroaches can be controlled inside the bus by spraying some pesticide.


Unlike mentioned in the site we were pleased to get free snacks,water,charging points n blanket too. cons it's nonstp


80 km by non A/c conecting bus then avg normal sleeping bus with no bedsheets.


Clean and comfortable bus. The bus was punctual. The staff and the driver behavior was very good. This travel is far better than others. Also, the facilities were good specially the charging point for the mobiles/laptops. Overall a good experience.


The conductor behaviour was very bad rude and illiterate type. If asked anything he was asking if knew Tamil or not and responding Tamil that too in a rough time. They deboarded me 5km before Kanyakumari and asking to go in another bus as they will not go for a single passenger, although they managed the bus but it made to a and in sunlight for 20 min.


Very poor behaviour by staff


My seat was occupied by another person. He was using the blanket allocated for mine. For my spouse there was no blanket. The staff behaviour was rude. Upon repeated request they gave an used blanket for my spouse. Though the ticket was booked up to Kanyakumari, bus droped us at Nagercoil. The remaining journey was in private taxi with Non AC facility. This was not mentioned while booking was made. Of course we reached 01 hour late to the schedule. Please mention all the trip detail prior to booking.

Reached destination late by 45 minutes. Too many stopping for unloading materials.


Bus quality of Royal Travel was pathetic. We were assigned sleeper seat near emergency gate which had broken window and covered with plastic. Whole night it was windy and travelling with kid was difficult. It has broken socket hanging - again danger for kid travelling together. Holder for keeping bottle was also broken. Absolutely painful travel we had.


This was my 1st travel I so disappointed by traveling in srs travel bus was having spme issue there was no proper update and at midnight almost we have waited 3hrs and there waa 4hr delay in reaching im the destination point.this was very bad experience.


Bus quality was gud but travelling time was more wen compared to other travels . Driver kept on stopping the bus in many places for loading and unloading of goods . Overall it was average ..


Fan. Charging facility not operating. Cockroaches were found. Pillow, bedsheet should have been provided. No indication of next stoppage, duration, route, delay was provided. Crew was not well conversant with English however he was courteous.


Punctuality & over all everything was good. Only negative thing was both fan & light were not working!


bus was late ti the pickup point by an hour. to top it they stopped to load vegitables and flowers for 30 mins. they stopped again at nagarkoil for another 30 mins... overall it was not a great experience.charger point, light and fan didnt work, even huge suitcases has to be kept on the place over the bed as the luggage slot is used for carrying commercial veggies and stuff.

In my opinion, this bus company pays more attention in handling goods & parcels than handling the passengers! At every stop, this bus takes 15-20 minutes to handle parcels. Absolutely, no sense of punctuality. We reached the destination around 8:30AM instead of scheduled time of 06:30AM. The bus also did not drop us off at Kanyakumari but 2 KM prior to Kanyakumari for no reason and made us to walk with our luggage! So, far we traveled three times with this bus company, all the times we had similar experience.


We have travelled By Royal Travels from Bangalore to Kanyakumari on 8th may . The bus is actually not meant for passengers , it is mainly a carrier bus who is taking passengers also. they have stopped so many times in Bangalore to load various kind of stuffs. Actually it should arrive in kanyakumari at 8 AM but it stopped and unload those carrier hence it arrive at 10:30 am . All our tour schedule was spoiled because of this, The staffs are so arrogant and rude that they are not bothering our pain. i will not recommend any one to go with this Royal Travels .


Very bad service. Came 1 hr late. So many halts during journey. They also changed the bus in the middle. I was carrying big luggage's and it was a nightmare. Will never go by this bus again. Finally the bus reached late by 4 hrs




Asked me to get down before reaching my destination (before 5 km). SRS please do what u promise


Bus journey was smooth, reached on time. Would be better if charging ports are on for entire duration of trip.


THE BUS NO. WE TRAVELED WAS 9556.This was a non-AC sleeper. The rates are competitive. The Bus was very punctual and in fair condition. But the lights were not working, and even charging point was not. Worse, above the front lower berth #3 the plug point was hanging loose with wires exposed. The voltage being 220 V, imagine the consequence: even a potential triggering point for short circuit and fire accident. The major complaint is they do not oblige to stop at least at one place after the dinner break to relieve. The journey is 13 hours, and imagines the plight of ladies and old. When I requested the diver/attender they said, "You have to manage on road, even for ladies....., they cannot help". If this is not rude, what else is? Why this don't care attitude? I cannot understand when they put so much effort to run the service, why not make it comfortable with a few fixes and good maintenance? It is the no-care attitude. Though most of the feature on the bus was good but like to mention the following. The fans does not work. Reading lights were turned off. One thing SRS must improve is the break for the nature call. In a 14 hr journey only one break put all in trouble.


There was a huge commotion as one passenger had observed and complained that the driver was drunk. There was anxiety among all the passengers. Later another person took up driving and it was fine.


1.Many mosquito inside the bus. 2. Bus didnt reach on time.


There was no baggage keeping place near the bed. and also glass window not available in lower birth.


The bus was late to start with. Bus condition was pathetic. The bus stopped nearly 5 km from last stop. They took 50 miles of diversion to drop off parcel. SRS is bad.


Bus used to carry more goods than people


Near To krishnagiri, front of our bus lorry applied sudden break & stopped , at that situation our bus avoided but it went & hit lorry, god grace nothing happened to any one, But after that the bus driver boarded passengers to other bus which was on the way to Kanyakumari & Trivandrum, but I was boarded on Trivandrum bus, which stopped near by pass diversion which is 30km far from Kanyakumari, my self & another passengers shared and went by auto.

The scheduled arrival was showing 7.45 a.m. The staff mentioned that it would reach Kanyakumari at 9 a.m. We sometimes felt that the staff did all things to reach Kanyakumari so late. We reached finally at 9.30 a.m. due to which our schedule was totally derailed. Further the staff mentioned that the bus would reach around the same time in its every trip. 30 minutes diff would still be acceptable, but almost 2 hours delay would ruin anybodys day. Would request the management to display atleast near accurate scheduled arrival timings, would help people plan their trips in a much better way.


Blankets need to be carried as it becomes cold in the night.


In royal travels charging point is there but all the charging point is not working only if we ask bus driver he will tell like bring your mobile here n get ch
