            We had a round trip. The bus broke down around 200km from Mysore onward journey. The bus guy started AC 2 hours later, had a bad suspension, no water, no blanket, etc at all. somehow they got it repaired and we were delayed by 2 hours in journey. Also, inspite of asking they dint stop for food. In the return journey from Kahnangad to Bangalore, the bus had problems initially and was going very slowly to avoid any breakdown. At Mysore 4AM in night the bus came to halt and would not start. Bus staff dint have enough gears to repair and got delayed. Finally at 8:10 AM in the morning the bus had flames in Engine and some gas leak happened causing suffocation. We came to stop at BHEL mysore road. No transportation was provided to take us to Majestic as promised on ticket+ No refund for inconvenience.. Shit Service, Both on Yathra Travels + RedBUS part.. Had to take an over charged early morning cab to go office on time.


            the trip was the worst journey i had in my life..the bus was supposed to reach kanhangad at 6:30 am but it finally reached at 10:30am. the route that was taken was very long and it was overall a very unsatisfactory journey. i will not travel by this bus again.!!


            This is not the first time we face problem from SRS travels, first of all the bus came at 11.15 pm instead 10:05 pm, and we have wait for 1 hr for unloading thier cargo, and the show begins after kasargod, the driver and cleaner behave very rude, they tell the passengers that their final stop Will be at mavungal not kanhangad, mavungal and kanhangad has 10 km difference, then i have to call the srs helpline number to inform and make them to call the driver to drop all passenger at kanhangad... This is not the first time i faced... I need to request redbus team please give us a confirmation or make confirm with the travels about the destination..... My recommendation to all the travellers if the driver not willing to drop you at your destination where you paid for to call the helpline number and inform them ... Never get down until they drop ypu at your destination you paid for....

            It was a sleeper bus and everything was fine apart from the delay to get started however in the morning when everyone woke up something very strange and awkward thing happened, all the curtains were missing. It seems the staff wanted to finish his posts travel work during the travel. It was very unprofessional and pathetic service. SRS needs to train there staff on behaviour and basic services.


            ETA when booking was shown as 7am....i arrived destination at 2pm.... Redbus is guys are not updated on the route and ETA..


            There was a road block near the destination. The driver said that they would wait until the block was cleared. They did not make any alternative arrangements for the passengers.


            SRS though has very vast fleet of buses, the behaviour of the staff was very pathetic. After boarding the bus at 0800 pm till 0600 AM never stopped even for loo. Only passenger boarding/getting down stoppages. Though in the ticket dropping was mentioned at Kalasipalayam, the staff dropped me compulsorily at Majestic saying the bus will not go further.


            It was an irresponsible operator.. There is not timing and respect to people.. While KSRTC and other operators do provide a bottle of water, they do not.. Also the stop in between has no HUMANE SENSE... and no respect for ladies.. Stopping in places which is uncivilized areas without adequate facilities for humane needs!!!.. Very disappointing indeed! Nair




            The mobile charge points were not working..


            Bus staff behaviour was so bad. Not giving respect to the passengers. They dont have even minimum standared in deir behaviour..


            Need break for women for going to toilet for long journey
