At one seat AC air vent was leaking, so he changed the seat, but in that seat air vent was uncontrollable. Air vent was open continuously.
Bus quality: Bus interior had musty smell. Looks like it has been ages since the AC and vent system has been cleaned. But almost all the buses have this smell. Punctuality: Bus arrival time was advertised as 6:00am in Hyderabad, but arrived only around 7:30am. Hence my rating is pathetic. Staff behaviour: Neither bad nor-exemplary.
All is good, except the dropping point which they mentioned is the stops, they are not stopping in the middle areas also. we are taking private buses for convenience of pickup and dropdown points.
It was good n excellent.. But there is a lot of scope for improvement.. Atleast they could give us one bottle of Mineral water at least..
