very much worst experience with staff and punctuality...
Staff behavior is very very worst and rude. The timings they told us is at 7:10 at madiwala. The bus has come at 8:00PM.They changed the bus instead of what we booked. They stopped at kalasipalyam for 1 hr 30 minutes approximately for luggage. We asked them how much time it will take? they told rudely if you are not able to wait, go by AC bus like that.If we asked to reduce the volume of TV, the person very rudely behaved(we have 1 yr kid, because of this we booked middle seat. they changed the bus and given front seats) This is very worst experience in the past 8 years with RED BUS.
This is some third grade school bus they are riding. They keep changing the pick up location. The site says drop point as "Gachibowly" in hyderabad but they drop you in the middle of nowhere in Mehdipatnam. Useless pricks these SRS are employed.
The address which u give of agent in Bangalore like Saleem travel for neelu travels are non co-operative and behavior is very bad.specially passengers who have booked tickets online because I think they dont get commission
