We have booked our tickets from madhapur with van pickup. But last minute we were asked to come to another point with in 15 mins. Service is very bad and not punchual at all. I wont prefer sharma for my future travels.
It is very bad to tell that all the facilities are given by bus was not good and it has taken too much money from us. So next time onwards we will not visit by this type of services. All travelers were faced problem. So I will tell everyone not to book ticket by this site.
Bus was a bit late and did not drop me in the desired dropping point. On the other hand bus was good and staff were ok.
Well the bus I booked was changed to some other travels in last hour...they suddenly call up and tell me that and also the bus is gonna come 2 hrs earlier..i mean dafuq!! I had to rush up things to get moving. Im already lil frustrated and now Im at the stop waiting for the bus and yea waited for another hour :(. Then comes our seats , they were broken.. Couldnt move my back:(. To my nightmare my dropping point was in miyapur(us 6 people) and the disrespectful staff said we aint going there ...i was dropped somewhere at the corner of medhipatnam ..which was literally 28km away from my home. LOUd creaky sound from the buss suspension battled with my sleep ..i mean the all the passengers and ofc we couldnt sleep (dont forget the seat) • NO PUNCTUALITY •NO BEHAVIOUR •NO PROPER COMMUNICATION •POOR BUS QUALITY-SEATS,NOISY SUSPENSION • CHANGED MY DROPPING POINT TO SOMEWHERE COMPLETELY AWAY PS: I AM NOT Exaggerating anything here ...i ll ask my other 5 ppl to rewiew the same. •
