I have never come across such WORST service by SRS travels. I will never travel by this service and suggest friends too not to travel by SRS. No prior information. multiple pick up vans...no proper pick up van information...no time sense...they charged me 2121 rs for sleeper and the bus was such a worst one. no seat covering sheets, soiled woolen blanket...horrible journey
very bad behaviour by the staff of omer travels..flithy mouth and underrated behaviour
I dont understand why these bus drivers have so much attitude. They are bus drivers for god sake!! They print one destination on my ticket and SMS me an other 5 min before departure and scream at me for waiting at my previous location. Bastards! Whatever happened to serving water bottles on board. The TV was so tiny they might as well turn it off.
Bus was not good at all...Bad smelling (No cleanness).....Rain water was dropping into bus :(
