Travelled from Bengaluru to Coimbatore. Quality of bus is excellent, driving speed is also safe.the bus stopped at two places out of which one had urinals and the other open place. Instead of stopping at open place for please stop at an well maintained urinal somewhere between salem and coimbatore.
very bad service , 1 hour delay on getting bus and dropped in location which is different from what we booked actually.
The journey was good except that bus was seized by the RTO at Ingur, as they didnt possess the required paper works and all the travelers were asked to change the bus which was provided by the officials at the Toll-booth.
Though the bus started late only by 15 minutes; unfortunately it broke down near Hosur and was stranded in highway without AC for 3 hours in the wee hours. A mechanic from VOLVO arrived and managed to send the bus until SALEM, an alternate bus was provided and managed to reach destination late by 2 hours than the scheduled time,
