Surabhi travels near jalahalli cross which youve given as our pick up point are not at all taking care of us. They were not at all saying the timings of the bus.. And even they closed the travels before the bus arrival.. One Lady was in trouble and she was not knowing the exact bus timings. But those stupid people didnt even respond to her and said that there are not responsible for that. When the bus is ready for leaving you people have to send a message with the bus drivers or some employee no. for contracting. Otherwise it would be difficult.. Overall red bus no proper service to customer
I was made to wait for 1.5 hrs and after that I was asked to shift bus for multiple times. After this travesty AC bus was giving out humid air so had to sweat out all the night. Thanks for the horrifying experience.
