It was a terrific sense of feeling for getting deceived from a leading website like "redbus".
I am not sure whether redbus is behind the cause or anybody else, but as i booked the tickets from the website, redbus should take the sheer responsibility.
I booked 7 tickets for bangalore sightseeing in one of the bus provided in the website, i.e bangalore international travels(BIT). The bus, as shown in the website layout should have been a 2 by 2 bus, and i had booked the front row seats. But when we reached majestic(pick up point) to board the vehicle, we found it was an 2 * 1 old tempo traveller. When asked to the conductor regarding the seats, he answered.. sit where ever you like.all the front rows were already occupied and even were asked to adjust 5 member in 4 seats.
When i got fired over the conductor, he asked one guy, might be a friend of his, who was sitting in the front seat to get down and i made my 80 years old grandmaa seat there.
This was a very bad experience with redbus. being a regular customer of redbus.. i feel betrayed.
