This should be noted by every of the Passenger and service provider because, I was been to a new place Ankola where i know nothing how to reach there, hence to travel i booked two seats through Redbus and it with VRL service. The pickup point was at Marathahalli by 5:45 Pm (Van pick up) No one called us, as we were waiting at boarding point i called VRL PPL and asked whats going wrong they said van has passed and they asked me to come to Anad Rao circle as it beside marthahalli. we took auto and reached Anand rao circle and the auto expenses where paid to us by VRL. The bus dept time was 7:30Pm and all of suddenly the staff boy came and said the time has changed to 8:30 PM. The sudden shock on the next day morning VRL bus driver started saying the bus will not go to Destination (Ankola). Me and my wife got shocked what is this we are going for treat and carry luggage and don't no to go any where. then bus driver helped in calling the customer care and the person was telling this bus is from Bangalore to Goa and it is Red bus mistake they did not updated and your ticket is till Ankola BY-pass. It was completely forest hilly area and i said sir, the ticket which i got SMS stating the journey is from Bangalore to Ankola and i told there is no where confirmation regarding the Destingation stating that Ankola - By-Pass Road. Finally me and my wife requested VRL bus drive, sir we are new to this place, he helped me and dropped at destination point. I am thank to the Driver. Whom ever it may be Redbus or VRL-Traveles the both need to have clear thing stating the onwards and towards points where the passenger or customer should not get effected .
Since past 5 years i use travel through VRL services but this time felt very bad and while coming i went to SEABIRD travels i booked ticket, where even the bus was late , they arranged me a ticket in other bus .
