The passengers were taken up to Hosur in an ordinary bus (no A/C), may be to avoid taxation. This is of fraud type. Then through some AC bus from there on. After Coimbatore also route adopted was some interior avoiding check posts. Over all, I never expected M/s redBus has given a platform for booking this type of journey. The type of journey arranged by Padikkal Travels may not be uncomfortable, but may invite potential trouble during emergencies like accident etc.

Booked bus was cancelled due to break down. They allowed us to travel in volvo bus, that also break down in the road early morning. Bus employees dont have any answer. Unfortunate part is that the red bus call centre also not responded. Worst experience
