I have booked the bus . When I call to the agent he told he stopped providing service to that route one month before it self. This is what the service you are providing to the customers. I have spend two thousand rupees from my purse to reach to my destination because of you . But you agent is telling they can reimburse only 600 . Who can bear the remaining amount. Please check with agent while you are providing such bus details to the customers.
