      Left on time and reached on time. Excellent in case of Punctuality.


      The bus reached 3 hours late and worse after some time the phone not being answered.. in the middle of the night where do you expect me to get info about the bus then??? its came at 00:30 instead of 21:50!!!!!!! and was headed for a funeral and your folks took 15 hours 30 mins to reach which usually takes 11:30 hours!!! the bus was stuffed with parcel which was being transported illegally and despite being late, they have to stop all over the towns to drop these illegal goods... WORST EXPERIENCE and never to Travel with you folks.... oh my the way MISSED the FUNERAL, thanks to your LOUSY SERVICE

      late by 3 hours, worse being a multi axle the bus took 15.30 hours instead of 11.30 hours. bus filled with luggage ????


      The staffs were rude and not willing to say places reached, making me confused to take a decision.


      Was supposed to reach by 8:30 am reached at 10:30 am.


      Even though the bus is Scania, that doesn't makes any difference. Seats are conjusted as usual Indian buses.


      Bus arrived more than 4 hours late at destination. Had to change buses in between and the second bus was of inferior quality.


      Hi .. The bus is too late.. Still it reached Kottayam only... They wasted 2hrs in Tamil nadu for taking Flowers


      Taken this bus three times and everytime the same...neither comes at right time nor reaches...keep this as a last option


      Initially the bus I had booked was cancelles by the operator.i has bookedrfor.scania ac from bangalore to.adoor and inatead we were made to travel from bangalore to scania which runs thru another route and that too in back side seats.we had booked the seats in the front rows. Then in the.midst of our sleep wwe were asked ro shiftrto the bus of another operator which was a volvo bus and not scania. Totally a bad experience !!!!


      worst. Bus is late for more than an hour at pick-up point,overnight unnecessary stops, break down, destination not rchd.


      Bus was booked based on the fact that it will reach Adoor by 7:30 to 8 AM and it was supposed to leave Madiwala by 7AM, the bus reached after 730 PM and again it halted in Silkboard for 45 mins , by the time it reached electonic city toll its 9:15 PM and reached Adoor at 11:15 AM.... worst service by Golden Pearl Travels... And Redbus, please take care this matter seriously as we are booking tickets through redbus and not through travel agency..


      Bus was delayed by more than 3 hours.


      There is no punctuality seems..5hrs late from the mentioned time frame.


      Is this a passenger cab or goods carrier??? Bus stopped for loading flowers in hosur for an hour & through out Kerala they stopped for unloading the same. This loading people will make big noice & will use bad language too. Can't travel with family. Always take bypasses, so we cannot get down proper place.


      The bus left without picking me up. I called several times no proper updates. Operator kept bull shitting on call and expected me to take the bus from Krishnagiri which is 45km from Hosur. Waited at point for 3 hours most pathetic experience


      Bus is not for traveller's. It's for goods carriage. They are giving preference more for goods to reach the destination than travellers urgency. Travellers are not stupid and because of urgency we are optiong this.


      I think vovlo is better than scania. Bcos i am regular traveller of volvo. I using scania for the fist time for my trips. I felt more comfort in volvo than scania.


      AC was not working throughout the journey and it's was like sitting in an owen. please refund the money for AC.


      Booked ticket with pick up from Marthahalli,however later was informed through phone that there would be no pick up.The journey was fine,but would be better if they stick with what is shown in the website.


      Bus came late,copassenger occupied 1\4 of my seat too at help even for older ladies to take the baggage from luggage room or from up while getting down.


      It took 16.5 hrs to reach my destination. They stopped at lot of places to load/unload goods. They behavior of the bus staffs was very bad.


      Bus is late at the destination due to the loading & unloading of luggage ( vegetables & flowers)bus reached at adoor by 9 am. I thought that private buses are punctual compared to govt buses. But nothing both are on almost same time. Next time govt bus only. At least low fare for govt bus. This time all my plans become up side down.


      The bus reached 4 hours late. The staff was not even ready to explain the delay and was wasting time every where. Not apologetic also. I do not want to travel by this bus ever again!


      I booked the ticket seeing the arrival time on the web site that is 7.15 am at Adoor. And bus arrived at 11.30


      I used the back so its bit tiring..and the punctuality is very poor.They used to carry other goods to Kerala for extra benefits.Please provide the real reaching time in destination.??


      This was pretty much my worst experience travelling by a bus. Just because one of our luggages was a carton box, first they said it can not be allowed as there will be some issue at the check post. Later they said it can be taken but we will have to pay extra money for this carton box. The driver took the money from us on this basis. We were not even given a receipt for this. I feel this whole thing was staged to rip off unsuspecting passengers. If passengers are not supposed to carry a particular type of luggage this needs to either be informed at the time or booking the ticket or should be written on the ticket in the terms and conditions. At the last moment before boarding the bus passengers will not be able to leave behind a box. So they will be forced to pay whatever is demanded. The owners of the bus needs to make their employees understand that we the customers are who pay their salaries indirectly. So they need to behave politely to passengers who have paid for their travel. The way they speak is as if they are doing us a favor by allowing us to travel. They need to be made to understand that their duty is to provide service which is what the passengers pay for. I know this is probably not going to be taken seriously by either the owners of the employees. In that case, hope you have a good life and thank you.


      The bus is comfortable but is not on time..the bus was 3 hrs late to reach the destination...


      Bus tyre got punctured and instead of arranging another vehicle they asked all the 30 passengers to take the ksrtc bus for which we paid Rs.200 from our pockets.


      Ac controller was not working,please look into that issue and try to provide free water bottles. Rest journey was really good.


      Atlas--the worst travellers I have ever seen.Opt this bus unless you have any other option. I reached Adoor by 11 am. This bus better do not call as a travellers better call as a luggage carrier. Driver n cleaner---irresponsibility at its peak---I informed driver n went out but he did not even wait for me---he just moved the bus---i ran n ran behind to catch the bus-

      The Bus was late by 3 hours in reaching the destination. Also, the start time was given as 7.30 PM. They started the bus by 8.30 PM. Really bad experience in terms of punctuality.


      they don't call for passenger at boarding point. instead slows down in whichever track they are coming. in this case, it was the extreme right track, causing huge inconvenience and a dangerous sintation.


      Excellent journey time. Reached adoor in 11hrs. But even my middle row seat was not comfortable. May be the bus is due maintenance, it was making a lot of noise from underneath


      Glad they get rid of the beg bugs.. Good travel & nice sleep..


      If there was a rating of 0 I would have given that for punctuality. Very disappointed.


      Travelling is not good.didn't reached the time as they mentioned in the ticket.driving was very slow..not at all happy


      I am not happy with the trip because it took way more than the advertised journey time. The scheduled duration of the trip was 11.30 hrs but it took more than 15 hrs to reach.


      Bus stopped atleast 10 places to load and unload goods.

      Although the Bus quality of SLS Travels was very good, the departure was delayed by almost an hour an hour and arrival at Adoor was at 1100 hrs (scheduled arrival 0800hrs).
