Hi, We book ticket from redBus.in for Andhrapradehs(nellore). Our boarding place is Tin Factory and suppose to reach at 10:15pm. We reached at 10pm for the place. At the same time we try to reach the contact numbers no one lift and at last one of them received the call and talking irrelavant and rude. Again we called after 15 min(around10:30pm) seeking for information is there any reason for delay then one person lift the call and said bus will late by 20 min from now.It is unacceptable because, until we called non one responding and not providing the information. After 10 min(around 10:45pm) we got message delay and sorry for inconvenience. At last bus came at 11:02pm and they do not have mimnimum sense how to onboard the passenger. Such a horrible experience i ever had in my life with private travels. That too by paying 500 Rs for this kind of senseless and cultureless people with worst service. MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO REDBUS.IN. YOU HAVE VERY GOOD REPUTATION IN MARKET. DO NOT DAMAGE BECAUSE OF THESE KIND OF BUS SERVICES. Thanks, Ramesh.
