Bus comes one hour later. Bus is ok and it is over priced for the service they offer. There is no bathroom in bommanahalli waiting place this is horrible.
Bus was 40 mins late. Mercedes Benz bus with bad and noisy front shocks. Driver was honking horn throughout journey. Extreme high freezing AC which deteriorated my health. He was stopping every KPN outlet. He was picking calls during drive risking passenger lives.
I have booked a ticket from bangalore to erode.. they had dropped me in Sythode (Bypass stop) which is 8 kms away from erode. They have not arranged shuttle facility. The way the staff and sythode kallada agency staff expressed and the way of using language was bad. Thats not the way to treat a passenger.
The travel was absolutely worst and not even worth for half the amount of the ticket.the travel started at 11.05 am instead of 10.15 am and the arrived time is 4.10 pm instead of 3.30 pm and about the boarding and destination stations, both where not the same as mentioned .the boarding point was nearly 1 km away from the mentioned boarding point and the driver got us in the middle of a highway as he doesnt know where the destination spot is which is much away from the mentioned destination point .we suffered a loss of rs.250 extra due to all these carelessness and fault of the driver .
