The bus came 11/2 hrs very late and the driver was behaving very rudely. They took different routes in the name of blocks here and there and the bus reached the destination 61/2 hrs late. It was a waste of time and money. I wont suggest this travels for anyone.

Booked a trip on Greenline Kerala bus to travel from Bangalore to Kerala. First of all, it was a link bus, which by the way, we didnt figure out until we got the tickets. Had to travel by a pathetic bus until Hosur. At Hosur, there wasnt even a Greenline bus. Just another ridiculous hired bus which did not even have proper seat numbering. Everyone just scrambled for available seats. So much for booking seats! The people in charge of the bus had no clue about anything other than the fact that the bus was to be driven to Kerala. I wouldnt blame the bus staff who came that day, because they were clearly clueless as to what was going on. In fact, I think they did the best they could and tried to get us to Kerala as quickly as they could. Anyways, as if all that happened wasnt enough, the bus traveled a couple of kilometers towards Kerala then turned back to take a deviation from Hosur probably because the bus service didnt want to pay a certain toll fee. So, after boarding the link bus at 8.30 in the evening at Bangalore, at 12 midnight, were at Hosur - just about 40 kms away. Some of us had schedules to meet and we blew them by hours. Deeply dissatisfied with the Greenline service. Thats the last time Im traveling by their buses. Ill probably also have second thoughts about using Redbus again since all problems started from there.
