Sri Sai Guru Datta Travels has very bad service. They stopped bus in Vijayawada for 1.5 hours and capturing the passengers. I went to them and asked, but they didn't respond and rude. Again they stopped for 1 hour in another location. I never seen this much of worst travel like this. I will not try this one forever. Bus also not comfortable. After 30 minutes started the back pain. Worst Travel I ever had.
