Mobile charging point was not working. Every thing was excellent
The journey to Aurangabad by other bus service provided was much more comfortable
Value for money . Very punctual. Comfortable bus
This is a good experience with the red bus as well as Sreyash Travels. Thanks for happy and save journey.
It was good to travel ,all was good ,the seat was too good .good experience
Don't ever go with Neeta , despite lots of feedback no improvement
For a trip which costs Rs 1000/- it was expected that AC was half operational, bed linen are dirty and had lot of dust. Should hv bn clean n prooerly washed.
Very costly tickets. Travelling only as I have not got train tickets.
Rough driving. Significant improvement required
keep up the good work and dont stop giving the facility of mobile charging. After getting down from bus we on business trip have to travel full day so we dont get a place to charge the phone. many bus owners promise the mobile charging but dont give that facility. thats the 1 plus point you have to promote your business.
Had a good travelling experience with sanjay travels red queen bus.
The quality of bedsheets & blanket is very poor.
They are all dirty.
I may not travel next time by Neeta.
It was an okay experience but I want to point out a few things:
Headspace was too less
AC was directed to our heads which made it very difficult.
No partition between the driver compartment and passengers
The railing was not at a proper position and I was scared of falling.
A good point is that I ardly felt any bumps.
maintain hygiene in bus,in compare to other good buses, hygiene is not maintain in your bus. ex.(curtains, bed sheet ,sit cover)
BUS Seat Quality Very Bad & Staff Behaviour No Good No Response.
& Rate So High. Do Not Journey In This Bus.
Lacked cleanliness. Too congested and you can't sit straight if you have been lying around for a long time

Communication with bus number is a good thing, besides the bus staff calling up on your cell and confirming your pickup point atleast 30 minutes before the journey is good. An earlier communication of the bus number (about 2 hours before journey) and the conductor's cell number would be helpful
The journey was cool, but it would be more better if they could take a halt for the lunch. One more if the bus would provide Tv for the entertainment
